She launched Gerber Communications in 2009, a London-based integrated marketing agency focused on the hospitality and lifestyle sectors. Under her leadership, Gerber played a pivotal role in growing now-iconic brands such as JKS Restaurants, Caravan, Angela Hartnett, KOL, Skye Gyngell, Big Mamma and Wahaca. As Managing Director of Becca Europe, she is focused on helping U.K. and European hospitality and lifestyle brands expand their global presence and unlock the U.S. market.
